I love the state, hate the state government. Arresting someone weeks after they consumed marijuana (perhaps even legally) is akin to arresting someone weeks after they drank liquor (perhaps legally). The State of Arizona is constantly trying to circumvent the will of the voters, taking belligerant stances that serve no real purpose, etc. I lived in AZ for many years and two things I do not miss are UDAs and the state government.
