Yes, the bill too ridicules me with respect to their financial system just like Farley. Though I have gone through the United State Constitution, I still see some serious difficulties with respect to the idea that can they really allow anyone located anywhere to present any form of gold and silver?

The gold and silver bill is another example of how the Legislature wastes time and money. There is nothing to prevent a business from accepting gold or silver in payment for its products or services. You do not need a law to provide fot that.

Furthermore, businesses have right to decide how they want to be paid. There are businesses that refuse to accept cash, often for security reasons, even though Federal Reserve notes are legal tender.

If Crandell wants to really do something, he would propose that Arizona establish its own mint to produce gold and silver coins with a specific value. That could even be profitable as some people would collect such coins just as they do with those produce by private mints such as Franklin.

There should be no doubt or hesitation. Make it legal tender so the people of the country have an alternative choice to the funny money they force us to use currently.
