They have a track record of abuse of power and overzealous prosecution. The legislators refuse to reform poorly written laws that put ALL at risk for their broken criminal justice system. The officials favor incarceration over education. The state disregards the U.S. Constitution and an individual's rights to due process, then they should be the last to have drones in the state.
