Abortion arguments: Planned Parenthood funding case heads to federal appeals court as pro-life group launches new assault (access required)

Arizona will be at the 9th U.S. Circuit of Appeals on June 12 as a long shot to convince a three-judge panel to reinstate a state law prohibiting Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood.
