Barber stumps for referendum

It’s not all speculation of doom and gloom for the H2305 referendum, however. The Protect Your Right to Vote Committee received a $75,000 contribution on Tuesday from the National Education Assn, and Barber today became the first member of the congressional delegation to take a stand on the issue.
