Horne takes the stand, defends himself

Horne today took the stand and vigorously defended himself from the charge that he had illegally coordinated with an IE group that targeted his Dem opponent in 2010. Horne said the distinction between coordinating an ad and coordinating fundraising is important, as the law says nothing about contributions.
