Despite a passionate defense, Cesar Chavez is tossed from 7th District ballot (access required)

After hundreds of signatures were tossed by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Rea on Tuesday morning, Cesar Chavez, formerly known as Scott Fistler, was barred from running in CD7, most likely marking the end of a curious bid for Congress.
