Arizona Gov.-elect Doug Ducey is enlisting a big-name Republican former officeholder to head his transition committee. Ducey announced Wednesday that former U.S. Sen. Jon Kyl will serve as chairman of a committee that will identify people to serve in Ducey's administration.
