Session Wrap 2010 (access required)

Unlike year’s past, lawmakers in 2010 wrapped up their work in late April, the earliest ending time in a decade. This year’s annual Session Wrap looks at the successes conservative legislators had in pushing policy, especially in the realm of social policy, and slashing government spending.
