Secretary of State Michele Reagan did not compile a new election procedures manual for the 2016 cycle, perhaps the first time in decades, if not longer, that the office did not release the biennial publication that instructs county and local officials on the conduct of elections.

One day after Attorney General Mark Brnovich declined to push for the postponement of Tuesday’s special election, Chandler attorney Tom Ryan alleged a cover-up by Secretary of State Michele Reagan over her failure to inform the public about 200,000 un-mailed publicity pamphlets. He called for the Legislature to impeach her.
