Nationally, Democrats suffered disaster in the general election. In Arizona, it was even worse. For the first time since 1994, Republicans swept Arizona’s statewide offices. Even the Attorney General’s Office, which has been in Democratic hands for the past 12 years, couldn’t withstand the Republican tsunami.

Dodie Londen program trains GOP women candidates (access required)

The Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Services Series, named in honor of the late chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party, offers training to Republican women who want to be involved politically. Participants run the gamut from the politically uninitiated to women running for office now to women who work for campaigns and candidates.
