Much more than a directory of names and phone numbers, it contains job descriptions, agency directors, section heads, policy-makers, state lobbyists, state legislators and much more. Arizona's property tax system is among the most complex in the country. The 2011 Arizona Property Taxes booklet has been written to assist Realtors and homebuyers in better understanding this system. Published in conjunction with the Arizona Tax Research Association once a year in March, the booklet contains an explanation of property tax classifications, assessment ratios and appeals procedures.

TIMES PAST: Reflections from Arizona History A collection of 120 historic photos and essays each of which makes a moment in Arizona history come alive. Selected from “Times Past” features that have appeared in the Arizona Capitol Times for 25 years. This book has been accepted as an Arizona Centennial 2012 Legacy Project by the Arizona Historical Advisory Commission.

The Final Report of Enactments is a comprehensive report of the 2011 Regular Session, 50th Arizona Legislature that includes final summaries of enactments and vetoes, enactments listed by subject and alphabetically, enactments by bill number and chapter number, and Arizona Revised Statutes affected by section number and chapter number. The report also includes session stats of bills filed and passed by chamber, bills vetoed and memorials and resolutions filed and passed.

The Trade & Professional Associations Directory combines a comprehensive list of the state’s organizations, representing everybody from air conditioning contractors to the Arizona Tourism Alliance. Included in this edition is an analysis by two powerful associations of an important issue facing many Arizonans. In September 2010, Arizona Capitol Times honored its fourth annual slate of Leaders of the Year in Public Policy. The individuals were nominated by their peers for this prestigious honor and chosen by an advisory panel of community leaders. The video presentation was created by Sonoran Studios and shown at the awards luncheon.
