AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION 6547 SOUTH 46TH, LLC
Pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes 29-633(F), 6547 South 46th, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, whose original articles of organization were filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on May 3, 2010 at File Number L-1599904-9, adopts the following Amendment to Articles of Organization for such limited liability company effective as of the date set forth below:
FIRST: The name of the limited liability company as set forth in the original articles of organization of the limited liability company is hereby changed to 5647 South 46th, LLC.
