ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OF MOOREPOWER2U, LLC
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 29-633 and 29-634 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, the undersigned, on behalf of MOOREPOWER2U, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, hereby adopts the following Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Organization (“Amendment”).
1. The name of this Company is MOOREPOWER2U, LLC.
2. The date the initial articles of organization were filed was September 18, 2009 (the “Initial Articles”).
3. This Amendment amends the Initial Articles as follows: Article 1 is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in its place: 1. The name of the limited liability company is AMPLIFYU, LLC. Article 2 is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in its place: 2. The address of the registered office of this limited liability company is 15279 N. Scottsdale Road, #B240, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Article 3 is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in its place: 3. The name and business address of the agent for service of process is: Renee Dee (formerly Renee Moore), 15279 N. Scottsdale Road, #B240, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Article 5 is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in its place: 5. The name and business address of each person who is a member of this limited liability company is: Renee Dee (formerly Renee Moore), 15279 N. Scottsdale Road, #B240, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
