NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SYDNEY A. AUSTIN is deceased and that BARBARA A. AUSTIN has been nominated and appointed as the Successor Trustee of The Syd and Barbara Austin Family Trust, Dated August 17, 2006. Pursuant to A.R.S. §14-6103 and A.R.S. §14-3801, all persons having claims against the Estate of SYDNEY A. AUSTIN are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, if notice is given as provided in A.R.S. §§14-6103 and 14-3801, or within sixty (60) days after mailing or delivery of this notice, whichever is later, or the claims will be forever barred.
