ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION OF KRONOS OPTIMAL HEALTH CENTRE, INC.
December 3, 2010. The name of the Corporation is Kronos Optimal Health Centre, Inc. organized and existing under the Revised Statutes of the State of Arizona (the “Corporation”). The Corporation does hereby certify as follows:
The dissolution of the Corporation was duly authorized by the stockholders of the Corporation entitled to vote on dissolution, in accordance with the provisions of Section 10-1403 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Arizona on December 3, 2010.
There are 1,000 votes entitled to be cast on the dissolution. The total number of undisputed votes cast for dissolution was 1,000, which is sufficient for approval of dissolution.
