2. Character of Affairs: The character of affairs of the corporation will be: To encourage HIV/AIDS awareness & treatment through activities, fundraisers & innovations.
3. Board of Directors The initial board of directors shall consist of 3 director(s). The name(s) and address(es) of the person(s) who is(are) to serve as the director(s) until the first annual meeting of the members, if a member corporation, or Board of Directors, if the corporation has no members, or until his(her)(their) successor(s) is(are) elected and qualifies is(are): Kyle Moynihan, 2600 W. Sunwest Pl., Chandler, AZ 85224; Lawrence Robinson, 8412 S. 16th Pl., Phoenix, AZ 85042; Leah Bloomberg, 3619 E. Monterosa #212, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
