YOUR ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you are being served as a defendant in the above-entitled action in this Court, and that in case of your failure to appear and defend within the time applicable, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. If you are served other than by publication, your failure to appear and defend would permit a money judgment, as well as loss of Arizona property, to be rendered against you. Such jurisdictional power over nonresidents of Arizona and corporation incorporated under the laws of any other state or foreign country which have no legally appointed or constituted agent in Arizona, is conferred through the allegation in the Complaint that the claim arises out of an event you caused to occur within Arizona. You are cautioned that in order to appear and defend you must file an answer or proper response in writing with the Clerk of this Court, accompanied by the necessary filing fee within the time required and you are required to serve a copy of that answer or response upon the third-party plaintiffs’ attorneys whose names and addresses are shown below.
