- Jessie Armendt has lobbied at the Arizona Capitol for over a decade and thrives on securing legislative victories for her clients. Her areas of expertise include liquor law, education, healthcare, maternal and infant care, and election issues. Jessie was selected by her peers for the Arizona Capitol Times’ Best Lobbyist Under 40 award in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She is a graduate of Rice University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Before entering the policy realm, she spent a year in a Philosophy Ph.D. program at the University of Maryland and then returned to Arizona to work as a behavioral therapist for children with autism.
