Religious preference: Christian.
Education: B.S., marketing and business law, Michigan State University, 1999.
Memberships have included: Christian Business Men’s Committee, American Historical Association and NRA.
Interests: God, family, politics, sports, entertainment.
Issues:
Political influence: George Washington.
Budget recommendations: Stop all state funding of illegal aliens, redistrict schools to reduce overhead, ease taxes and regulations on businesses and individuals. Other concerns: 1. Fighting illegal immigration (stop all state funding of illegals and properly secure the border). 2. Redistrict schools to cut out wasteful overhead which is bankrupting the education system. Fiscal philosophy: I am a strong fiscal conservative who believes that when government gets out of the way as much as possible, capitalism will work at its best which leads to fiscal prosperity.
Background & experience: I have always been a leader in everything I have done and do, whether it was when I was a partner in a startup business to being a leading figure in the state in the entertainment industry. I have a keen understanding on what issues are most important to people and how to then solve those issues as I am not afraid to speak my mind. Additionally, because of my strong faith as a Christian, I understand what is truly most important and that if I were entrusted to be a political leader in the state, honesty and integrity cannot be compromised.
Proposition 100 sales tax: I oppose it. First, much of the money raised will not even go into the education system, but second, the worst thing to do in a recession is to raise people’s taxes.
Pro-life/pro-choice: I am a staunch pro-life advocate. One last thing: I stand for three things as both a private citizen and as a public person running for office, they are; God, family and country. America is the greatest country in the history of the world and we need to fight for it if we want to keep it.
Campaign Finance: Public.
