Budget recommendations: 1) First of all, don’t raise taxes, but cut taxes. 2) Across the board, cut from all departments to balance the budget.

Other concerns: 1) Overhaul the tax system in Arizona. 2) Simply modify the property tax, making it simple and understandable.

Fiscal philosophy: Conservative — cut spending and cut taxes.

Background & experience: I have been a small business owner for over 30 years. I know how to budget and operate a business.
