A Maricopa County Superior Court judge in Phoenix has scheduled an initial hearing Monday in a lawsuit challenging the official description of a measure on state's November ballot.

One of the more interesting topics on which Horne and Thomas clashed was the education of illegal immigrant children. The issue was one of the few times in the debate where the two candidates showcased their legal chops.
