Arizona Capitol Times<\/em> will recognize individuals and organizations for advancing public policy to positively impact the state and the lives of Arizonans without regard to political affiliation or partisanship. Nominees will be selected by a panel of their peers for their accomplishments, contributions and leadership during the 2010-11 legislative session.<\/p>\n

Categories are: arts and humanities, business, economic development, education, environment, government, health care, legislative, public safety, social services, technology, transportation, volunteerism, lifetime achievement and unsung hero.<\/p>\n

Recipients will be announced in a special publication to appear in the Arizona Capitol Times<\/em> and at a luncheon to be held at Noon on September 27, 2011 at the Wyndham Phoenix. Our Leaders of the Year in Public Policy special section announcing the honorees will debut at this event and be published in the September 30 issue. Make sure your voice is heard when we open online voting in late June.<\/p>\n
