Arizona Capitol Times is reporting that Democrat Mark Anthony Desimone has upset Republican opponent Don Hesselbrock in the District 11 House race. With 97.6 percent of the votes counted, Mr. Desimone leads the ticket, followed by Republican candidate Adam Driggs.
