Attorney plans referendum to protect drunk drivers’ rights (access required)

A portion of recently approved changes to state drunk-driving laws could face a challenge from Arizona citizens, as a Phoenix defense attorney has registered a referendum committee to protect a suspected drunk drivers' right to a trial by jury.
