Clean Elections eyeing ‘dark money’ regulation

The Clean Elections Commission on Thursday will consider a proposed rule aimed at forcing disclosure from “convenience corporations” – nonprofits, LLCs or other entities created for the purpose of dark money-funded electioneering.
