Minimum wage hike foes want state high court to toss measure

Opponents of a voter initiative raising the state's minimum wage from $8.05 to $12 an hour by 2020 on Wednesday asked the Arizona Supreme Court to overrule a trial judge's decision that said they filed their challenge too late.
