Arizona gets high marks for pretrial justice system, but money bond still in use (access required)

Arizona found itself at the higher end of nationwide rankings for once after the Pretrial Justice Institute awarded the state high marks for its pretrial system.

Gov. Doug Ducey signed a bill Tuesday to study the prevalence of missing and murdered indigenous women and girls.
