Judge rules clean energy measure to stay on ballot

A judge this morning rejected attempts by Arizona Public Service to keep a renewable energy measure off the November ballot.

Barto bill bans transgender women from competing in women’s sports

Arizona state lawmakers are being asked to keep boys – or at least those who are genetically identified as male – off of high school and college sports teams for girls and women.
