Arizona's top elections official says an Arizona woman has been convicted of voting in two states during the 2010 general election.

Agents with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office had a sticky problem when they walked out of lobbyist Gary Husk’s office on Jan. 27, 2012, with documents and computer data seized as evidence.

The first detailed look at 2010 census data for Arizona will be made public on Thursday afternoon.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Gray has announced he will not seek re-election in 2010, saying he wants to focus on new business opportunities. Gray, a Republican from Mesa, told the Arizona Capitol Times he plans to expand his Internet business. His company, which was founded in 1997, markets car accessories across the globe.
