Voter vault lockout

AZ Republican Party spokesman Matt Roberts clarified last week's Republic article about Romley being denied Voter Vault access, telling our reporter this week that all non-incumbent candidates are denied access until they submit the nominating petition signatures necessary to qualify for the ballot. But in a separate discussion, Roberts said he doesn't believe Boyd Dunn will have to jump through the hoops that Romley will.
