Attorney Tom Ryan today submitted former AG staffer and Horne campaign volunteer Sarah Beattie’s complaint to the secretary of state’s office and Clean Elections Commission, formally alleging that she, Horne and most executive office staffers have been working on the AG’s re-election on taxpayer time.
