CLARK died on or about September 3, 2024. MARILYN L. CLARK established the MARILYN L. CLARK TRUST, dated September 30, 2011, as amended, more commonly known as the Marilyn L. Clark Trust, wherein MARILYN L. CLARK was the Trustor and MARILYN L. CLARK was the initial Trustee (the "Trust™). Following MARILYN L. CLARK's death, ERICA N. WYMAN (formerly known as ERICA DAVIS) is the successor Trustee pursuant to Article VII, paragraph A. of the Trust Agreement, and the nominated Personal Representative pursuant to paragraph Sixth of the Last Will and Testament of MARILYN L. CLARK dated March 10, 2020. (It is noted that it is not anticipated that a formal or informal probate will be opened with a court of law for the Estate of Marilyn L. Clark, as presently there appears no legal requirement to do so.)
