JANDA died on or about August 24, 2023. CHARLES T. JANDA and FRANCES N. JANDA established the JANDA FAMILY TRUST, dated June 13, 2016, wherein CHARLES T. JANDA and FRANCES N. JANDA are the Trustors and CHARLES T. JANDA and FRANCES N. JANDA were the initial Trustees (the "Trust"). Following FRANCES N. JANDA's death, CHARLES T. JANDA is the sole Trustee pursuant to paragraph 1.4. of Part One of the Trust Agreement. (It is noted that it is not anticipated that a formal or informal probate will be opened with a court of law for the Estate of Frances N. Janda. as presently there appears no legal requirement to do so.)
