- President and CEO of NAIOP Arizona, is a 20+ year public policy veteran. She is known for her in-depth policy expertise, her ability to bring consensus among diverse stakeholders, and her public speaking ability. Under her leadership, NAIOP has grown to more than 1,000 active members in the commercial real estate industry and won several national awards, including NAIOP Chapter of the Year (2021), Most New Members (2021), Best Government Relations Program (2020), and Best Membership Program (2019). Kinney was selected for Phoenix Business Journal’s Forty-Under-40 in 2009. She was recognized as one of Arizona Capitol Times Women Achievers and named a Real Estate Power Broker in 2022. Kinney currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
