At a town hall Sept. 22, Secretary of State Ken Bennett explained the provisions of Proposition 203. Proponents and opponents delivered arguments on the measure, then Assistant Secretary of State Jim Drake, and Legislative Council Executive Director Mike Braun gave analysis and answered questions.
