ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OF GNL Landscaping, LLC
1. NAME The name of the Limited Liability Company shall be GNL Landscaping, LLC (the “Company”).
2. ADDRESS The address of the registered office of the Company shall be 2518 E. Saratoga, in the City of Gilbert, State of Arizona, and Zip Code of 85296.
3. STATUTORY AGENT The name and address of the Statutory Agent for service of process for the Company shall be Leslie L. Stewart of 2518 E. Saratoga, Gilbert, AZ 85296. Acceptance of Appointment of Statutory Agent. I, Leslie L. Stewart, having been designated to act as Statutory Agent, hereby consent to act in that capacity until removed or resignation is submitted in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes. /s/ Leslie L. 4. DURATION Unless these Articles of Organization are otherwise amended, the Company shall dissolve on December 31, 2099.
