Legal arguments filed (again) in Mitchell residency case (access required)

Attorneys for Darin Mitchell, the candidate who a Superior Court judge found did not live in his district, filed new arguments with the Court of Appeals yesterday, saying the courts don’t have authority to decide elections contests.
