Outside groups pouring millions into U.S. Senate race (access required)

The U.S. Senate race between Democrat Richard Carmona and Republican Jeff Flake has morphed into one of the hottest campaigns in the country, and outside groups are spending accordingly, pumping almost $11 million into the race.
