Federal appeals court to hold session at UofA

TUCSON – The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is scheduled to hold a special sitting next week at the University of Arizona’s law school in Tucson.
Oral arguments will be held on March 26 at the James E. Rogers College of Law auditorium.
A panel will consist of Judges M. Margaret McKeown of San Diego, Richard R. Clifton of Honolulu, and Jay S. Bybee of Las Vegas. They will hear appeals of decisions by the U.S. district courts for the districts of Arizona and Nevada.
