I’m guessing this gets mentioned at tonight’s debate

In a story impeccably timed to emerge the day before the televised GOP attorney general debate, the Republic reported this morning that when he filed incorporation documents for his law firm in the 1990s, Horne falsely claimed to have never been an officer of a company that declared bankruptcy, even though his T.C. Horne & Co. went bankrupt in 1970.
