Lawmaker revives bill to prohibit enforcement of federal gun laws in Arizona (access required)

A Republican lawmaker is trying to revive a bill that would prohibit the enforcement of any new federal gun laws in Arizona. Lawyers had brought up concerns that the bill was unconstitutional and could force the state to mount a costly defense in court.
