Arizona Department of Transportation Director Victor Mendez is on his way out, according to a story by the Yellow Sheet Report that uses two unnamed sources.

The political tipsheet also reported that House of Representatives Research Director John Halikowski will replace Mendez, who was appointed in 2001 by then-Gov. Jane Hull.
