The properties legally described on Exhibit “A” hereto, (“Trust Properties”) will be sold, pursuant to the power of sale under those certain Deeds of Trust, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, as are described on Exhibit “B” hereto, at public auction to the highest bidder(s) at the Law Offices of Perry & Shapiro, L.L.P., 3300 N. Central Ave, #2200, Phoenix, Arizona at 11:00 a.m. on April 13, 2011. The Trust Properties are specific timeshare intervals interests, as described on Exhibit “B” hereto. This Notice of Trustee’s Sales concerns only those timeshare intervals described on Exhibit “B”, attached hereto. The purported street address is: 7887 E. Princess Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85255. The Tax Parcel Number, Original Principal Balance, Name and Address of the Original Trustor of the Trust Properties are shown on Exhibit “B”. Name and Address of the Beneficiary is: Diamond Resorts Mortgage Holdings, LLC (f/k/a Sunterra Mortgage Holdings, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company, 10600 W. Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89135. The Trustee qualifies pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-803 (A) (2) as a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
