Tax Parcel Number: 150-16-052 Original Principal Balance $185,000.00 Name and Address of Current Beneficiary: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. by Flagstar Bank, F.S.B., as its agent, 5151 Corporate Drive, Troy, Michigan 48098-2639.
