NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

The real property described herein will be sold, pursuant to power of sale under that certain Deed of Trust and Security Agreement and Fixture Filing With Assignment of Rents, executed by Greenfield & Main LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, as Trustor, in which Silver State Bank, a Nevada State-Chartered Bank, is named as the original Beneficiary and Lawyers Title of Arizona, is named as Trustee, dated as of July 19, 2007, and recorded on August 8, 2007, as Instrument No. 20070895283 in the Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona, and assigned by that certain Assignment of Real Estate Deed of Trust between Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver for Silver State Bank to Multibank 2009-1 CML-ADC Venture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with an effective date of February 9, 2010, and recorded on March 4, 2010, at Instrument No. 20100184059 in the Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona and subsequently assigned by that certain Assignment Real Estate Deed of Trust between Multibank 2009-1 CML-ADC Venture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and CML-AZ GM, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (collectively, the “Deed of Trust”), at public auction to the highest bidder at the following time, day and location: 1:30 p.m., the 16th day of March, 2011, at the law offices of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., One Arizona Center, 400 East Van Buren, 19th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona.
