Scarpinato to serve as Ducey transition spokesman (access required)

Republican campaign spokesman Daniel Scarpinato, who formerly worked as a newspaper reporter and editor in Arizona, will serve as chief spokesman for Gov.-elect Doug Ducey's transition effort.
