Dark money, open primary campaigns suspend operations amid funding woes (access required)

A joint campaign that promised to revolutionize Arizona politics is suspending its operations after its primary funder withdrew his financial support for a proposed initiative to require disclosure of the anonymous election spending known as dark money.
