Jeff Meshey is the CEO of Desert Financial Credit Union, a full-service financial institution founded in 1939 in Arizona. He joined Desert Financial as vice president of finance in 1994 and worked his way up to CEO of the company, taking the helm in 2017.

Under his leadership, Desert Financial grew to become a company worth $7 billion following a massive rebranding and conversion from a credit union to a community charter. Prior to joining Desert Financial, Jeff worked as a senior auditor for Ernst & Young, where he began his professional career in 1980. Jeff is a member of the board of Valley of the Sun United Way and Arizona Educational Foundation. With Jeff at its head, Desert Financial has appeared consistently on the list of Best Places to Work in Arizona, twice been named Angel of the Year, won the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics. Jeff is a graduate of University of Mount Union.
