Former Gov. Fife Symington's newfound interest in being governor has begged a number of questions about how his pardon from Bill Clinton came about in January 2001. Symington’s revelation begs further study
Those of us in the Capitol Times newsroom just spent nearly an hour discussing Fife Symington's revelation to the Yellow Sheet that he is leaning toward a run for governor in 2010, and we can't come to a consensus about whether he's serious. Some of us believe he sincerely wants to run, and that he eventually will. Others, though, aren't so sure.
